SupportThe Australian call centre is open from 8.30 am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with a 24/7 Fault number. The Fault line can assist with putting on diverts etc until Telstra and Optus open the next morning. Average call hold time is 3 minutes and under. There are no departments all operators are trained to manage all enquiries from Billing, ads moves and changes and fault finding. With having some of the smallest call hold times in the industry and with the benefit of having access to both Telstra and Optus systems live call take ownership of all customer enquiries from start to finish. They have an SLA of 4 hours to respond to any email enquires.
